Refund and Cancellations Policy

At Ambay Gaming, we strive to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we have outlined our refund and cancellation policy below.

1. Cancellations: You can cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Once an order is processed and shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
  • If your order has not yet been processed, you can cancel it directly from your account or by contacting our customer support team.

If your order has already been shipped, you will need to follow our return procedure (outlined below).
2. Refunds: Refunds will be processed under the following conditions:
  • If the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect upon delivery.
  • If the item was not as described or does not meet your expectations (subject to approval).

Refund Eligibility: Refunds will be issued in the following cases:

Refunds will not be issued for the following reasons:

  • Buyer’s remorse or change of mind after the order has been shipped.

3. Return Process: If you would like to return an item, please follow these steps:

  • We will provide you with a return authorization and instructions for sending the product back.
  • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the product is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
  • Once we receive the returned item, we will inspect it to ensure it meets the return policy requirements. If everything is in order, we will process the refund or exchange.
  • You can request for a return within 5 days.
4. Exchanges: We offer exchanges for items that are defective, damaged, or incorrect. If you received the wrong item, please contact us within 24 Hours of receiving the order for an exchange.
  • To request an exchange, please email us at kishori838409@gmail.com with your order number and details about the item you would like to exchange.
  • If the exchange is approved, we will guide you on how to send the item back and arrange for the replacement.
  • The replace or exchanges product will be delivered with in 10 days.
Please note that exchanges are subject to product availability. If we are unable to exchange the item, we will offer a refund instead.
6. Processing Time: Refunds and exchanges will be processed once we have received the returned product and inspected it. Please allow 24 Hours for the processing of refunds or exchanges.
